Supported Living Service:
Designed for adults that want to live in a home of
their own and need a considerable amount of support
to maintain their lifestyle and create a system of
health and safety. SLS is for people that require more
than 59 hours of support per month. Life Works creates
support services uniquely and intentionally one
person at a time.
Community Employment Services:
Designed for persons that are receiving either SLS or
ILS services from Life Works already and want their
vocational supports to be tailored to their individual
needs.

Independent Living Services:
Designed for adults that want to live in a home of
their own and need less than 60 hours per month of
support to maintain their lifestyle and create a system
of health and safety. ILS is specifically prescribed to
teach and increase skills in designated areas.
Consultation and Training Services:
Life Works offers an array of consultation and
training services for agencies, teams, schools, and
other organizations. Consideration is made to tailor
fit the curriculum to each situation. Some areas of
presentation are: Person Centered Planning Tools,
PATH, Team Development, Agency Structure, Positive
Behavioral Supports, Individualized Support Plans,
Personalized Job Development, Whole Person
Assessment and Customized Employment. |
